- Prepare and manage invoices cycle to local and global vendors.
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Record reimbursements of employee’s travel and expense reports and Accounts Payable invoices.
- Handle all Credit Card related activities- global and local.
- Assist with other bookkeeping responsibilities (for example: payments to suppliers, VAT returns, etc).
- At least 3 years’ experience as a bookkeeper [1/2/3 certification]
- Experience from a start-up/ high-tech company
- Experience with Netsuite - advantage
- English - high level, a must
- High level of understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- System-oriented & Excel on a high level
- Global experience
- Month close experience
